Order and Payment

After your order is placed (via the website or contact us directly) we need 2 days to process the order, Depending on your requirements, the preparation time will be fast or slow, but not more than 2 days. 5 days. Your order will be handed over to the carrier from the time you pay.

We accept 1 in 6 payment methods bellow:

1. *Bank transfer (USD) – Have Wire transfer option for customer in USA*

– No limit for transfer amount

– Take 3 to 6 days for our bank to confirm the money (because our bank system is conjunct)

– The transfer fee is usually 45 usd regardless of the transfer amount.

– in very few cases our bank receiving money less than the sent amount (max 15usd) due to “cash flow”

2. Onepay – app ( *Paypal alternative* )

– Is safe, secure, protecting customers’ right, transfer fee is 4% of total value in invoice

3. *Remitly – app*

– Limit up to about 2000 usd within 24 hours

– Take 1 to 3 days to receive the money, no transfer fee

– Sometimes money would be canceled with false alarm but otherwise still safe to use

5. *Money Gram*

– No transfer Limit, Money available within an hour

– Fee varies from 10 to 100 usd depending on the amount sent and the country you are from

6. *Western Union*

– Similar to Money Gram, transfer limit up to 2000 usd per transfer, money available within an hour

– You can only send a round number ( e.g $30, $100, 530$, etc – due to new WU restrictions in Vietnam)
