After your order is placed (via the website or contact us directly) we need 2 days to process the order, Depending on your requirements, the preparation time will be fast or slow, but not more than 2 days. 5 days. Your order will be handed over to the carrier from the time you pay.

We accept 1 in 6 payment methods bellow:

1. *Bank transfer (USD) – Have Wire transfer option for customer in USA*

– No limit for transfer amount

– Take 3 to 6 days for our bank to confirm the money (because our bank system is conjunct)

– The transfer fee is usually 45 usd regardless of the transfer amount.

– in very few cases our bank receiving money less than the sent amount (max 15usd) due to “cash flow”

2. Onepay – app ( *Paypal alternative* )

– Is safe, secure, protecting customers’ right, transfer fee is 4% of total value in invoice

3. *Remitly – app*

– Limit up to about 2000 usd within 24 hours

– Take 1 to 3 days to receive the money, no transfer fee

– Sometimes money would be canceled with false alarm but otherwise still safe to use

5. *Money Gram*

– No transfer Limit, Money available within an hour

– Fee varies from 10 to 100 usd depending on the amount sent and the country you are from

6. *Western Union*

– Similar to Money Gram, transfer limit up to 2000 usd per transfer, money available within an hour

– You can only send a round number ( e.g $30, $100, 530$, etc – due to new WU restrictions in Vietnam)

SHIPPING POLICY

After placing your order, standard shipping takes 3-5 BUSINESS days which are MONDAY-FRIDAY, WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED. During holiday time(black Friday, Christmas & New Years), shipping takes up to 3-14 BUSINESS days due to higher traffic. Effective 4/21/2020, Delays may occur due to restrictions related to COVID pandemic which is completely out of KingdomHair’s control. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided on order form by customer. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. United states postal service do not always scan right away which we cannot control once we drop off orders.

When placing your order, please make sure your billing and shipping information matches. If the name on the order does not match the billing name, this will result in an immediate refund. We do NOT ship any orders with different billing and shipping information due to chance of fraudulent orders. For those placing orders for others, please make sure you add the receivers name on PayPal so that your order wont be cancelled. If you enter in the wrong address, please contact us right away so we can cancel the order. We cannot edit any information NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not contact us in time for us to cancel order, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact USPS to update your shipping address and/or reroute the order package if needed.

If for any reason your package was returned back to sender (us) due to incorrect address or issues USPS may have had with shipping your order, you will be able to pick up from our store location or request for re ship which you will be responsible for the shipping costs once your package arrives back to us. In any event your package is lost or stolen in this process, this issues would be on USPS not kingdom hair due to us not being responsible for the package once shipped by USPS. Please contact USPS about your order once tracking number updates! This means that they have accepted your package and are in possession of your order.

KINGDOM HAIR provide 30 Days Product Guarantee: If any hair bundle you received have problems related to manufacturing problems, you will be protected by this guarantee:

• Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue ask for solutions

• We will review you claims and give the solutions. Since most problems can be solved by maintenance method, we may give you recommended product(s) that will deal with those problems. If the problem cannot be solved, the hair must be sent back to us. Then, we will handle this issue.

• In order for us to determine your products, your purchase can be replaced, your order must be sent back to our office. All costs for removing your items and shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
